Sterling Assistance offers busy and/or unavailable people help with a wide variety of different issues/tasks either for the home, person or business. Here are a few examples of tasks we can help you with:
Arranging home preparation for seasonal or weekend visits, including cleaning, refrigerator and pantry re-stocking, and arrival meals;
Running the errands you don’t have time or patience for.
Helping business owners with small and special projects or tasks.
Mobile Notary Acts available. Mandy can come to your home or meet you at Starbucks. Together we can find a convenient spot to meet so you can have your documents notarized.
We can handle as much responsibility as you feel comfortable placing on us. We can brainstorm with you to help you resolve the nagging day-to-day issues you have, concerning yourself (organizationally, time-constraint, lack of enthusiasm), or your home. Let us help you worry less and enjoy more.
About Mandy
Mandy Sterling comes with over two decades of customer service experience. As a youngster, Mandy assisted her parents with the family’s construction industry-related businesses. As an adult, she started as an administrative assistant at an insurance company, but Mandy quickly progressed and became the office manager and earned her property and casualty license, which permitted her to sell insurance policies. Assisting customers with their insurance needs, including service, claims and opening new policies, Mandy developed the listening and communication skills she would use to resolve clients' insurance issues. In 2008, Mandy decided to accept a challenging position in the wine industry, when she went to work for two boutique wineries as their Wine Club Coordinator, Event Planner and Director of Direct Sales. In her new role, Mandy advanced her abilities to new levels, and developed greater professional expertise. Mandy was responsible for planning winery events, dinners, and club parties, along with billing and supervising the fulfillment of millions of dollars in wine club shipments. Through these broad experiences in three industries, and the resulting professional growth, Mandy is well prepared to help clients in her current business, Sterling Assistance.
Mandy enjoys traveling, hiking, rowing on her Hydrow, golfing and spending time with her family.
